As a small business, I focus heavily on exceptional ingredients and make a point of supporting local shops. My milk and cream are supplied by Longmont Dairy, seasonal fruits are provided by Palombo Farms Market, Stranhahan’s bourbon finds its way into many of my recipes, and eggs are supplied by my own free range hens. I also support employee owned companies such as King Arthur Baking Company and Central Milling. Penzey’s Spices are a family owned company that supplies much of my spice, and the tea for specialty flavor infusions in my icings come from Cultivate Taste. Cocoa’s and chocolates are supplied by Theo, Droste, and Ghiradelli.
